Petr obtained master’s degree in material chemistry with focus on nanomaterials for electronics at UCT Prague. He worked as part of the Sofer Group since his bachelor studies. Since the start he focused on synthesis of MAX phases, electrochemical exfoliation and catalytic properties of 2D materials. In his Ph.D. studies he focuses on improving morphology of 2D materials for catalysis and electrochemistry.
