Payal Chauhan completed her Ph.D. in 2021 from Sardar Patel University, India. During Ph.D., her research focused on the synthesis of Two-dimensional materials to fabricate photodetector and diode. She then joined (2022) the Charotar University of Science and Technology, India as a postdoctoral research fellow. She received Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions postdoctoral ERA fellowship in 2022 and joined the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague, Czech Republic in November 2023. Her work mainly focused on the Two-Dimensional Materials and their electrocatalyst and Energy storage applications, specifically for Water splitting and Supercapacitors.
