Monaam Benali earned a B.S. degree in fundamental physics from the university of Monastir. He
completed an M.S. degree in condensed matter physics (2011) and a Ph.D. degree in physics
(2015) at from the Faculty of Science of Tunis- University Tunis El Manar (Tunisia). He was a
postdoctoral fellow at Kyungpook National University (S. Korea, 2017) and Nanjing University
of Science and Technology (China, 2018-2020). His research interests include the synthesis of
nanomaterials, semiconductors for solar energy conversion, and light assisted metal-air batteries
devices.
