Kalyan Jyoti Sarkar is a postdoctoral researcher at Sofer’s Group. Prior to joining the Sofer’s Group in January 2022, he was a SERB National Postdoctoral Fellow at Indian Institute of Science Bangalore. He has also worked as a research associate-I for six months at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram (IISER TVM). He received his Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2020. His research focus is on fabrication and characterization of 2D material-based devices.
