Bing Wu studied high-energy density lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) in National Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Key Materials of New Energy Storage Battery of Xiangtan University, China, where he graduated and obtained his Master degree in 2018. Subsequently he started the research and design of cylindrical LIBs for electric vehicles at EVE Energy Co., Ltd., China. Bing is currently a full-time Ph.D. student at Prof. Sofer’s group of the UCT, Prague. His research focus lies in three mains topics: batteries, supercapacitors, and electrocatalyst activity of 2D materials.
