My research focuses on two-dimensional (2D) materials such as graphene, layered pnictogens, and beyond. I employ top-down (liquid-phase exfoliation, electrochemistry) and bottom-up (CVD) approaches for their synthesis. My interest spans to the engineering of the integrated 2D materials-enabled electronic devices for application in communications, energy harvesting, wearable electronics, and biochemical sensing.
