Filipa M. Oliveira obtained her Ph.D. in 2020 in Advanced Materials and Processing from the University of Minho, Portugal, with a thesis focused on polyamide 6 composites with tailored conductivity, dielectric and electromagnetic shielding properties. She then moved to the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague, Czech Republic, to become a postdoctoral researcher. She is interested in two-dimensional (2D) materials and their composites, and recently she started a Chemfells Individual Fellowship to work on 2D materials for electromagnetic shielding applications.
