Arslan Rehmat received his M.Sc. in Physics from Riphah International University, Islamabad, Pakistan, where he was awarded a Gold Medal for outstanding academic performance. He later completed his M.S. in Physics at Sejong University, Republic of Korea, where his research focused on two-dimensional (2D) layered semiconductor materials and their applications in energy-efficient electronic, memory, and neuromorphic devices.

He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Chemistry in the Sofer Group at University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague, Czech Republic. His doctoral research centers on 2D materials, thermoelectric and photodetector devices, with broader interests in the nanofabrication of Janus materials, neuromorphic computing, energy-efficient electronics, and quantum computing.
